PURCHASES: We gladly accept Mastercard, VISA, American
Express, Discover, Postal and Bank Money Orders, and personal
checks. Please allow 2 weeks for personal checks to clear prior
to shipping your merchandise.
ORDERING: We
will obtain your credit card information,
and
advise you of a projected delivery date. Prior to shipping your merchandise we
will bill your credit card for the agreed upon amount. If a your merchandise is
special order, we will bill your order when the order is placed.
RETURNS: If
for any reason you are not pleased with any item
you receive, simply return within 7 days of shipment in it’s
original packaging for a full refund. The item must be in it's original
condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Any damaged goods must immediately be
reported to the shipping company so that a claim can be filed for
replacement or repair.
SADDLE RETURNS: When you receive your merchandise, please
carefully unpack it and save the original box and packing
materials. If it is a saddle that you recieved, place the saddle on your horse
with a clean saddle
pad or blanket and determine if the saddle fits both you and your
horse. Should you be displeased for any reason, we will gladly
refund your money upon receipt of the saddle in it's original condition.
Your liability would be limited to paying the return freight, making
sure the saddle is in it's original condition and proper packing to avoid
damages in shipping. If the saddle is not returned in it's original
condition, a fee relative to the amount of wear evident
will be accessed. We must be made aware that the saddle is
being returned within 7 days of shipping.
Should you need to return a saddle, wrap the seat in packing
material, double wrap the horn (if applies) place it upside down in
the box and double wrap the stirrups, use adequate packing tape
and ship it back to us.
